MUMBAI, JAN 7 : Text of notice on Nouveau Multimedia Ltd published on Bombay Stock Exchange's website Friday: Nouveau Multimedia Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 07, 2011 :- 1. The board has discussed the opportunity of expansion and diversification domestically and/or international its business activities. The company stressed the need of a fund of about Rs. 100 crores in phased manner and the same could be raised in one or more trances. The funds can be raised either through Preferential Issue / QIP / FCCB / ADR's / GDR or may be by way of issue of convertible share warrants to the promoter group or to other than promoter group as may be deem fit by the Board of Directors. 2. The Board also discussed about the expansion of the business of Electronic gadgets which is newly started by the Company and also deliberated for more business projects for the Company in the field of Electronic Gadgets. The Board has also proposed to start direct import of products and/or components and may start manufacturing, assembling and retail of the same. 3. The Board also discussed about the expansion of the business of Software and Hardware and deliberated for more business projects for the Company in the same field. 4. The business of Agriculture, which was recently decided to start by the Board, subject to approval by the Shareholder the Board of detectors expecting good size of Business in near future.
