By Annapurna Singh NEW DELHI, DEC 22 : State-owned National Textile Corp may enter the capital market with its initial public offer in 2011-12 (Apr-Mar), Textile Secretary Rita Menon said Wednesday. "It is likely to be listed in 2011-12," Menon told TickerNews. NTC, an integrated textile firm that suffered losses for years, has used income from sale of some of its land to shore up its balance sheet.
