Fortis Healthcare to manage Pondicherry-based East Coast Hospital

MUMBAI (makemystocks) : Fortis Healthcare Ltd's subsidiary Fortis Malar Hospitals Ltd has taken over operations and management of East Coast Hospital in Pondicherry.

East Coast presently has a 100 bed capacity which the company plans to expand to 250 beds soon.

This addition is in line with company's strategic objectives to expand its reach and provide access to quality healthcare to communities in India's smaller towns at affordable costs.
