KPIT Cummins to raise Rs 1.13 bn by issuing 7.76 mn shrs to Warhol

MUMBAI (makemystocks) : KPIT Cummins Infosystems Ltd will raise Rs 1.13 billion by issuing 7.76 million shares to Mauritius-based Warhol Ltd at a price not lower than Rs 145 per share on preferential basis.

Warhol Ltd is an affiliate firm of Chrys Capital V LLC, Mauritius.

KPIT Cummins that has got its board approval for the preferential issue has convened an extraordinary general meeting on Feb 4 to seek shareholders approval for issuing the shares.
