Kesoram Indstr sells 11.02% stake to Jay Shree Tea

MUMBAI (Makemystocks): ECE Industries Ltd (BOM 532491) Friday said Kesoram Industries Ltd (BOM 502937) has sold its 11.02% stake to Jay Shree Tea & Industries Ltd at an average price of Rs 140 per share via bulk deals on National Stock Exchange Aug 27.

The total deal was valued at Rs 135.43 million. Post-acquisition, Jay Shree Tea holds 15.75% stake in ECE Industries.

Today, ECE Industries shares trade at Rs 13.25 at the Bombay Stock Exchange, up by 0.33% from previous close.

Jay Shree Tea shares ended at Rs 159.50, down 0.06%, while Kesoram Industries shares ended at Rs 299.15, up 0.76%.
