MUMBAI (makemystocks): India’s leading engineering solutions provider, Larsen & Toubro Ltd (BOM:500510) has bagged two projects from Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) for setting up additional units at the latter’s gas processing complexes located in Hazira and Uran in Gujarat.
In an announcement during market hours today, the company said the two projects are worth Rs.11.95 billion and involves setting up of the additional processing unit at Uran complex, which will enhance the gas processing capacity by 5 million standard cubic metres per day (mmscmd), and the expansion at Hazira will increase processing capacity by 5.6 mmscmd.
The company stocks traded at Rs.1874.50 during morning session, up 0.29% from its previous close on the BSE.
The scope of the contract includes Project Management, Residual Basic Design, Planning & monitoring. Residual Process Engineering, Detailed engineering, Procurement, Supply, Fabrication, Manufacturing, Inspection, Transportation, Storage, Construction, installation and Testing, Mechanical Completion, the company statement said today.
