Parekh Aluminex signs pact with UP govt

MUMBAI (makemystocks):  Parekh Aluminex Ltd Friday said it has signed a memorandum of understanding with Uttar Pradesh government for setting up a 250 megawatt thermal power plant.

In a notice to Bombay Stock Exchange, Parekh Aluminex said the company will invest in a special purpose vehicle to set up its thermal power plant.
