Polaris’ Irish arm invests $0.5 mn in US firm

MUMBAI (makemystocks): Polaris Software Lab Ltd (BOM:532254) has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) that its Irish subsidiary, Polaris Software Lab Ireland Ltd has acquired 2.5% minority stake in Tyfone Inc, US for a consideration of $500,000 mn.

Polaris software made this announcement during market hours on Monday, August 23, 2010. The company stocks have scaled up by close to 3.5% at Rs.178.30 in the afternoon trading session on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
