Rasoya Proteins starts power unit in Maharashtra

MUMBAI (makemystocks): Rasoya Proteins Ltd (BOM:531522) has started power generation at a full capacity from its Yeotmal power plant in Maharashtra located at Wani Taluka.

The company informed in a statement issued to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) that it has started producing power at full capacity from the Power Generation unit located at Taluka Wani, in Yeotmal District of Maharashtra State.

The capacity of power generation is 10 MW. The sale of surplus power up to 7.5 MW has also been started.

The stocks zoomed up to trade with gains of close to 5% at Rs.89.05 in the morning trades on BSE today.
